Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our research-grade products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of returned research compounds.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team at support@genselectresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery for resolution. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim promptly and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for verified damaged or incorrect shipments.

3. Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@genselectresearch.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Product Quality Guarantee

All GSR products are third-party tested with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available for every batch. We guarantee a minimum purity of 99%+ on all compounds. If you believe a product does not meet our stated quality standards, please contact us with your batch number and details so we can investigate.
