1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are eligible for same-day shipping. All domestic orders ship with free standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (free on all orders)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed and verified before shipment. Processing typically takes place within the same business day for orders placed before 3:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our support team.

5. Delivery Issues

GSR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@genselectresearch.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Research compounds are shipped in temperature-appropriate packaging when necessary to maintain product integrity during transit.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. GSR is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately before the order ships.
